What is The Soulful Medicine Membership?

Plant medicine didn’t begin with much safety or enough understanding for us and this is one of the key reasons why we have created this space.

In the beginning, we walked into many spaces where there was deep medicine, but very little grounding or education.

Spaces where dysregulation was normalised. Spiritual language was used to bypass very real human experiences. Where there was no bridge between the physical body, the nervous system, the mind, and the spiritual realms, that were being opened up to us. We soon learnt the interconnectedness through the disconnection, we had entered the deep end before learning how to swim. We soon realised that safety inside is the first pillar. It’s important to learn how you regulate, this comes way before your spiritual revelations and visions.

To experience how healing unfolds naturally and not by force, nor high dosage and expansive journeys beyond our tolerance. Therefore we have created a trauma informed, gently paced roadmap to explore the following elements:

Our membership has been created to help hold and contain a space for you to learn and listen from within. To move slowly. To regulate. To respect the intelligence of the medicine and your own body, and know when it’s time to rest and integrate.

Inside the Membership

We will be launching our Skool membership spring 2026. In this space we will offer a free tier and a paid tier.

What the free tier includes:

Course 1 is where the journey begins. This course lays the foundation for everything that follows by helping you understand how your inner world has been shaped, how subconscious patterns form, why behaviours repeat, and how awareness shows up in everyday life. You’ll learn to recognise conditioning and identity with clarity, rebuild a steady relationship with yourself, and develop the inner stability needed for deeper work.

By the end of this course, you’re no longer guessing what’s happening inside you; you’re oriented, resourced, and prepared to move forward with depth, safety, and understanding.

Course 2 explores the nervous system as the foundation of how we feel safe, respond to stress, and stay present in our lives.
You’ll learn how regulation and threat are organised beneath conscious thought, why patterns persist even when you understand them, and how capacity is built gradually through the body rather than willpower. This course introduces nervous system states, developmental imprints, and younger parts, helping you recognise what’s happening inside you as it happens. Over time, tolerance increases, reactions soften, and presence becomes more stable.

By the end, you’re more embodied, more regulated, and better able to stay with experience, creating the stability needed for trauma work, integration, and altered states later in the journey.

Course 3 explores trauma as a lived, physiological experience that shapes behaviour, identity, and relationships long after the original events have passed. You’ll learn how trauma forms across a spectrum, from developmental and relational imprints to moments of overwhelm that had no space to resolve and how these experiences are carried in the body beneath conscious memory. This course focuses on restoring safety, agency, and choice by understanding nervous system responses, boundaries, orientation, and capacity. Rather than analysing the past, the work centres on recognising patterns as they arise in real time and learning how to stay present without shutting down, dissociating, or becoming overwhelmed.

By the end, trauma is no longer something to fear or avoid, but something you can meet with clarity, stability, and growing trust in yourself.

Membership Structure

  • The close membership is available as a monthly or yearly option, allowing you to choose what feels most supportive for your life and rhythm.
  • You’re welcome to change or cancel your membership at any time.
    There are no contracts, no lock-ins, and no pressure to stay.

Pacing & Participation

  • This work is self-paced. There are no deadlines, no expectations to “keep up,” and no requirement to consume everything at once.
  • You’re encouraged to move slowly, revisit teachings, and allow integration to unfold naturally.
  • Rest, pauses, and stepping back are all part of the process.

Listening to your body is always more important than completing classes.
